By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking refund of amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by them at the time of filing of First Appeal. It is the contention of the applicant in Civil Application that, this Court vide order dated 13/04/2016 dismissed the First Appeal.

2 31.2432.17 caf.doc Considering the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following order:

(I) Registry is directed to refund the amount of Rs. 25,000/- alongwith accrued interest, if any, to Insurance Company without insisting any security.
