Petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of the Assistant Charity Commissioner before whom the change report proceedings claimed to be pending since 2005, Division Bench order dated 24/07/2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 7065 of 2017 alongwith

This Court expects Authority to pass appropriate order if such application for expeditious disposal based on Division Bench order is brought to its notice.
