Learned A.P.P informs that the trial has already commenced, in the sense, first witness has been examined. 4.

Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial without granting unnecessary adjournments either to the prosecution or to the defence in view of Section 309 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and shall make an endeavour to dispose of the matter at the earliest.

In case, the trial is not concluded within six months, liberty to the applicant to revive his prayer for bail.
