P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions submitted that, the State Government has taken a decision as contemplated under Section 433 of the Cr.P.C. and the Petitioner has been placed in category 2(d) of GR dated 15th March 2010 equivalent to category 1(e) of GR dated 11th May, 1992. Therefore, the Petitioner has to undergo 28 years of imprisonment including remissions.

2) In view of the above, the decision of Government dated 14th May, 2021 stands modified and the Petition therefore does not survive. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
