Superintendent of Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No.543 of 2018 by the Hon'ble Sessions Court (Room No.39) Mumbai on 11th February, 2019 and has been transferred to Amravati Central Prison on 5th March, 2019 for undergoing sentence.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
