2] The record indicates that no steps have been taken to serve the unserved respondents despite grant of several opportunities. It appears that the civil application consequently the matter stands dismissed as against certain unserved respondents. It does appear that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the civil revision application and the civil application therein are hereby dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order, if any, to stand vacated.
