This application is moved for condonation of delay of about 99 days in filing the Appeal. The Appeal is filed by an Insurance Company challenging Judgment and Order dated 15-5-2012, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vasai in M.A.C. Petition No.189 of 2007. Learned counsel appearing for the original claimant/respondent No.1 as also for respondent Nos.2 to 4 is present. He submits to the order of the Court. None present for respondent Nos.5 and 7, though served. 2.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 2

suresh 25-CAF-427.2013.doc and 3 of the application, the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be registered and listed in due course. 3.
