This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail by the applicant-State, which was granted by this Court by its order dated 12.12.2014 in the present Anticipatory Bail Application. As per the prosecution, the accused did not attend the police station on every alternate day, as was directed by the Court and breached the said condition and, therefore, it has moved this application. 2.

The learned Counsel for the accused submits that initially he did not attend the police station but thereafter he has attended and cooperated with the police.

It appears that there is a misinterpretation of the order of this Court and the accused is hereby directed to attend the police station and cooperate with the Investigating Officer as directed by this Court. 4.
