The petitioners and the respondent no. 3 have tendered the consent minutes of order which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The consent minutes of order dated February 8, 2022 are duly signed by the petitioners and the authorised officer on behalf of respondent no. 3. The minutes are also signed by the respective advocates appearing on behalf of the parties. It is noticed that there are some grammatical mistakes in the minutes of order. Considering that the terms on which the matter is settled between the parties are well reflected from

9.wp.1059-22.doc the said minutes, therefore, notwithstanding the grammatical mistakes, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the terms contained in the minutes of order. The parties agree to abide by the terms contained in the minutes of order. It is clarified that if the petitioners fail to abide by the terms provided in the minutes of order, it will be open for the respondent no. 3 to proceed against them in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
