The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the charge is already framed. In that view of the matter he has instructions not to press the prayers in the Petition except to direct the trial court to expedite the trial.

In the light of the submissions made across the bar, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial, in view of the fact that the Petitioner No.2 is suffering from cancer, as informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners.
