Mr Oak, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the copy of the Writ petition has been served on the respondent No.2. We accept the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner. The only prayer made by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent No.1 Corporation to decide the representation (Annexure 'K') made by the petitioner.

Mr.Bubna, the learned counsel for the Corporation states that the representation of the petitioner would be decided within a period of six weeks.
