1] Heard the learned Senior Advocate, Mr.Mundargi for the applicants and Mr.Parab for respondent No.1 in both the matters. Perused the impugned order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge in M.A.No.211 of 2015 in Appeal No.60/14 and M.A. No.212 of 2015 in Appeal No.61 of 2015.

2] After hearing both sides, the order passed by the learned

YBG wp417-418 Additional Sessions Judge is modified and it is directed that the applicants - original appellants shall deposit 15% of the compensation amount in trial court instead of 20% as directed by the Sessions Judge. Both the applications are disposed of accordingly.

3] Four weeks' time is granted to the applicants to deposit the amount. It is made clear that no further extention will be granted. Respondent No.1 is at liberty to move the appeal court, if they wish to withdraw the amount. The appeals are expedited and shall be decided within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
