By this civil application, applicant is seeking restoration of First appeal no.480/2015 which stand dismissed in view of conditional order dated 27/3/2015 for not filing private paper book.

Learned Advocate for applicant submits that, applicant undertakes to file the private paper book within 4 weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant,the averments made in application and as the Chitra Sonawane 1

applicant is ready to file private paper book within 4 weeks from today, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order.

a) First appeal no.480/2015 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

b) Applicant to file private paper book on or before 31.8.2019 with copy to other side failing which the civil application stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
