The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners tenders the death certificate of the Respondent No.1-Contemnor disclosing that the Respondent No.1 has expired on 26-10-2013. Since the contempt alleged is against the Respondent No.1 on account of the said supervening event of the death of the Respondent No.1, now there is no warrant to proceed in the contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. The death certificate issued by the Pune Municipal Corporation is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
