Learned Counsel for the applicant-accused submits that after filing of Anticipatory Bail Application, the applicant-accused filed Criminal Application No.166 of 2016 and by orders of the Division Bench dated 12.2.2016 and 2.3.2016, the FIR is quashed.

In view of this, nothing survives in this Anticipatory Bail Application and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
