The matter arises out of same offence where we have refused to intervene today in Criminal Application (APL) No.84/2019. Here the applicant is a Chartered Accountant. The material on record prima facie shows that the entries and transactions on record have not been accounted for and audited by the applicant Chartered Accountant. 2.

In this situation though Respondent No.2 complainant has given no objection for quashing of FIR, we are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction. The Criminal Application (APL) is rejected. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
