Learned APP on instructions from Assistant Police Inspector, Crime Branch, Navi Mumbai submitted that, as Petitioner and co-accused have filed applications for discharge from the said case, the hearing of the MCOC Special Case No. 7 of 2015 could not be commenced before the Trial Court.

He further on instructions submitted that, since 16th September, 2015 till 8th December, 2022, the Petitioner has been produced before the Trial Court either personally or through Video-Conferencing at least on 65 occasions. A chart thereof is produced on record. 3.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
