This Court by order dated 8th April, 2022 appointed the mediator to resolve the dispute amicably between the parties. The mediation report is on record. The mediation report records terms of settlement between the parties. As per clause 8 of the terms of settlement the husband handed over demand draft of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) in favour of wife. In pursuance of clause 13 of the terms of settlement, the wife has issued a cheque of Rs.3,23,633/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Three Only) to the petitioner.

The Mediator Report along with consent term of settlement agreed and is taken on record. The parties shall comply with the terms of settlement by adopting the proceedings as agreed in the

In view of the amicably resolution of dispute between the parties, the Miscellaneous Civil Applications stands disposed of. 4.

No costs.
