Heard. The petition is filed for direction to respondent no.2 to further investigate C.R.No. 45 of 2007 registered with Sawantwadi Police Station. The learned counsel does not dispute that after completion of investigation chargesheet is already filed way back in the year 2007 and the same is numbered as Regular Criminal Case NO.72 of 2007. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere in the petition. Even otherwise, the Magistrate has power pps
