Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition as the parties have settled the matrimonial dispute and the Petition for divorce by mutual consent has already been instituted in the Family Court at Pune.

I have interacted with the petitioner who confrms that he wants to withdraw the Petition in view of the settlement. 4.
