DATE : 21 OCTOBER 2021 P.C. :- This Petition has been filed by the Investors Welfare Association seeking a direction to the Respondent Nos.1,2 and 3 - Police Authorities to register the FIR under Section 420, 406, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3,4 of M.P.I.D. Act 1999(16 of 2000) against the Kalkaam Real Infra (India) Ltd. Co., its CMD Vishnu Dalvi and other 2 Directors Sunil Vandre and Vijay Supekar of Kalkaam Real Infra (India) Ltd. Company and to transfer the FIR No.447 of 2019 registered by Vashi Police Station, to the C.I.D. for further investigation.

The Petition was filed on 22 January 2021. The learned APP states that the report is received from the Police Authorities on 21 October 2021 that the FIR has been registered by the Vashi Police Station which is transferred to Economic Offence Wing. Action for issuing attachment warrant under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (MPID) Act, 1999 has already been taken. The Report is taken on record and marked 'X'. The learned APP on instructions states that during the investigation the statements of the Petitioners would be recorded. 3.

In view of these developments, where the matter has progressed substantially and the Petitioners can give statements in the investigation as above, it is not necessary to give any further directions in this Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of. SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.
