This petition is filed questioning the initiation of proceedings under Section 107 of Code of Criminal Procedure against the present Petitioner by Respondent No.4 - Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kherwadi Division.

There is no interim order in the present petition which is filed on 17 January 2022. The proceedings therefore, must have been over by this time. It appears that the Petitioner is thus not interested in prosecuting the present writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
