1] This is an application for modification of condition No.1, inter­alia to replace surety submitted by the applicant while releasing him on bail in pursuance of an Order dated 17th November 2014 passed by this Court.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the surety, namely Mr.Manohar Gaikwad was issued 'Solvency Certificate' on the basis of the immovable property owned by him. That the said 1/2

osk 32­appp­139­2019.odt Manohar Gaikwad now intends to sale the said property and therefore, he is seeking his discharge, as a surety for the applicant. 3] In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to substitute the said surety, namely, Manohar Gaikwad and to replace another person as 'solvent surety'.

The said procedure be completed within a period of 12 weeks from today.
