This is an application for modification of order dated 24th April, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 352 of 2018. Applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the 25,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount. Although, the applicant has been granted bail, he has not availed the said bail facility. It is submitted that the applicant is not able to furnish local solvent sureties as stipulated in the said order as the applicant is in custody. It is submitted that applicant is in custody

Sknair 935-appp-141-19.odt since two and half years. It is therefore prayed that for a temporary period the cash facility in lieu of surety may be granted. 2.

Considering the submission, the order dated 24th April, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 352 of 2018 is modified to the extent that applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks. 3.

Application stands disposed off.
