Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. The only request made by him at this stage is that the Trial Court be directed to expedite the hearing of the proceedings as already two witnesses are examined and the matter is part-heard. Further request is also made to the effect that the matter be made time bound. 3.
None present on behalf of the Respondents. Considering the fact that the matter is pending since last 26 years before the Trial Court and only two witnesses are examined so far, the hearing of the
case is expedited and the Trial Court is directed to decide the matter according to law as far as possible within 6 months. (DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.)
