Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants. The applicants are the writ petitioners. As the 1st petitioner is no more, we allow prayer clause (B). As far as the prayer clause (A) is concerned, as of today, priority cannot be given to final hearing of the writ petitions of the year 2014.

Amendment in terms of prayer clause (B) shall be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today.
