DATE : 24 MARCH 2015 P.C. :- 1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. 2] By a separate order, the delay in institution of the Civil Revision Application has been condoned. This Revision Application impugns the order made by the Registrar (Judicial-I) declining registration of first appeal against the awards made by the Reference Court. The registration was declined, because there was some delay in payment of deficit court fees. The delay, has now been explained, both in the Application seeking condonation of delay as well as in the Revision Application itself. It appears that there was some communication gap and consequent delay in obtaining the amounts from the acquiring department / bodies.
