The petitioner's grievance is that though he has filed complaint on 20th August, 2015, the police has not registered an offence at the Oshiwara police station, Mumbai. He submits that the complaint discloses a cognizable offence. He further submitted that presently the complainant apprehends that some persons may create forged documents by using some old stamp papers and also by inserting references of previous bank transaction. 20) wp426-16 case, the petitioner may take recourse to the alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. Keeping all issues open, the petition is disposed of.

The police shall intimate to the petitioner the outcome of the complaint filed by him.
