2. This is an application to condone the delay in bringing on record legal heirs of deceased sole applicant.
3. There seems to be delay of 20 days in moving this application. Learned AGP has no objection to condone the delay. In view of small volume of delay, the delay is condoned. Civil Application stands allowed. The abatement of appeal is set aside.
