Upon production, taken on board. 2] This Civil Application seeks condonation of delay in instituting Revision Application against the order made by the Registrar (Judicial - I) declining registration in respect of first appeal instituted by the State of Maharashtra. 3] In the light of the averments set out in the application seeking condonation of delay, including in particular the reason that there was some delay in obtaining the amounts towards payment of court fees from the acquiring department, the delay in institution of the Revision Application is hereby condoned.
