This Appeal from Order is directed against an order dated 10 December, 2015 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai on Notice of Motion No. 2816 of 2014 in Suit No. 2845 of 2014. 2.

During the pendency of this appeal, the suit filed by respondent nos. 1 and 2 itself has been decreed by judgment and order dated 7 March, 2022 as passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Borivali Division, Mumbai. A copy of the said judgment and order passed by the City Civil Court is placed on record. Accordingly, the present appeal has become infructuous 3.

Appeal from Order is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. No costs. 4.

In view of disposal of Appeal from Order, Civil Application does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
