Heard Mr.Harshad Sathe, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.1. The matter was heard at length on 9.3.2018 and 16.3.2018 and was kept today so as to enable Mr. Sathe to obtain appropriate instructions. 2.
Mr. Sathe, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw Revision Application No.433/2017 pending before the Additional Commissioner, Pune. That Revision Application was filed challenging the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the Competent Authority (Rent Control Act), Pune Division, Pune recasting the issues. 3.
In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Sathe, Revision 1 / 2
3.WP.1693-18.doc Application No.433/2017 pending before the Additional Commissioner, Pune is permitted to be withdrawn. The Additional Commissioner, Pune will permit the petitioner to withdraw said Revision Application on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order. 4.
In view of withdrawal of Revision Application No.433/2017, this Petition does not survive and the same is also disposed of. 5.
Liberty to apply for expeditious disposal of the application pending before the Competent Authority is granted. If such an application is made, the Competent Authority will pass appropriate orders.
