3. The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have opposed this Petition on several grounds including the ground that an alternate remedy exist against the impugned order which is subject matter of this Petition. I am thus not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in this Petition on the ground of alternate remedy available to the Petitioner. Petitioner is directed to avail of the
