Mr.Sameer Junaid Ansari, the respondent, is produced in the Court, pursuant to the non-bailable warrant issued on 15.12.2017. This Miscellaneous Civil Application filed by the applicant/wife is for transfer of Petition / Case No.114 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yeole to the Family Court at Mumbai with immediate effect and that no proceedings be conducted before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yeole in Case No.114 of 2015.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has a child aged 4 years and it is not possible for her to go to Yeole and attend the Court.

He submits that the respondent/husband is remarried.

Learned Counsel for the respondent submits to the orders of the Court.

In view of the submissions and considering the facts of the case, Petition / Case No.114 of 2015 from the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Yeole, is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Bandra, forthwith.
