The Applicant through his Advocate unconditionally withdraws the allegations made against the earlier Advocate. He also undertakes to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- to the Respondent within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. Only because the Applicant has undertaken to pay costs as above and further since he had unconditionally withdrawn the allegations made by him against the earlier Advocate, the Order dated 5 th January, 2017 is set aside. The Writ Petition No. 4482 of 2001 is restored to file. Place the above Writ Petition for hearing and final disposal in normal course. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
