Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent-State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the representations/proposal dated 20th December, 2016 filed by Respondent No. 4 (Copy of which is annexed at Exhibits 'E' to the petition), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 3.

Till the Petitioners' claim is decided, the Respondent- State is
