Review Petition No.6 of 2015 was disposed of on 30 March 2015. The review petition was filed seeking review of the order dated 21 August 2013 dismissing the Civil Revision Application No.502 of 2013. During the proceedings, the Review Petitioner had deposited Rs.25,00,000/- in this Court. Pursuant to the dismissal of the review petition, the execution proceedings have been taken out by the Respondent. Learned counsel for the Applicant has

It is stated therein that the Review Petitioner has deposited Rs.25,00,000/- in this Court and the Review Petitioner has no objection for withdrawal of the amount by the Applicant, as and by way of an adjustment. Learned counsel for the Review Petitioner states that, it is correct that said application has been filed by the Review Petitioner. Accordingly, there is no impediment in granting the civil application in terms of prayer clause (a).
Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
