The present Applicant applied for discharge before the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S, Greater Bombay. His prayer was rejected on 1st December 2016 (page 15) i.e. why, he has filed this Revision. During the hearing, it was disclosed that the first learned Advocate Mr. Prem Keshwani has expired and hence, notice was issued to the Applicant which is recorded in the order dated 21st February 2024.
