It is stated that, the sole Petitioner expired on 12th January, 2022, leaving behind him the only legal heirs mentioned in the Application. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents has no serious objection in allowing the present Application. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of the Court and simultaneously in the copy served upon the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents within a period of two weeks from today.
