Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. In the pending Contempt Petition, the applicant is seeking substantive relief which is virtually in the nature of a writ of mandamus.

Hence, this application in the Contempt Petition cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, we dispose of the application by granting liberty to the applicant to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
