None present for the applicant. On 13.6.2014, this Court (Coram: S.S. Jadhav, J.) had issued notice to respondent Nos. 2 to 4. On that day also none appeared for the applicant. On 20.6.2014, the learned counsel for the applicant had taken the matter on board and had requestd this Court to grant 3 weeks' time to file typed legible copies. Time was granted. None appeared for the applicant on 1.9.2014. None appeared for the applicant on 25.8.2015 before this Court where an application was made for restoration of the application which was dismissed for want of prosecution. This Court (Coram: S.S.Jadhav, J.) restored the application to its original status. Despite this, none appears for the applicant today. Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
