By this application, the original complainant seeks his impleadment as party Respondent No.2 in Criminal Appeal No.1498 of

2/2 13-appa.125.2019 2018 and Criminal Appeal No.1511 of 2018.

Learned Counsel Mr.Mane states that since Criminal Appeal No.1498 of 2018 is being heard with Criminal Appeal No.1511 of 2018, the complainant also be added in the aforesaid Appeals. 3.

Learned Counsel, Mr.M.N.Sandhyanshiv and Ms.Shradha Sawant, for the Appellants in Criminal Appeal No.1498 of 2018 and Criminal Appeal No.1511 of 2018 have no objection. 4.

Accordingly, leave to amend is granted to implead the complainant, as party Respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Learned Counsel, Mr.Mane, waives notice on behalf of the added Respondent in both the Appeals.
