Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the averments made in the Interim Application, and also taking into consideration that the nature of amendment sought is formal in nature, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 8(a). The necessary amendment shall be incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a week from today. He shall also supply amended copies of the writ petition to the respondents within this period.

Issue notice to the newly added respondents, i.e., respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Affidavit-in-reply to the amended writ petition shall be filed by the respondents within two weeks thereafter. A week's time shall be available to the petitioner once the affidavit-inreply is filed by the respondents to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.
