After arrest on 15/12/2018 for offence punishable under sections 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No. 561/2018 registered with Karad Police Station, applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

Applicant, so as to demonstrate her bonafides has undertaen to deposit demand draft for an amount of Rs. 50,000/­ before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karad. Photocopy of the

Since applicant has shown bonafides and there are no criminal antecedents, applicant deserves to be released on bail. Hence, following order:

(A) Applicant be released in Crime No. 561/2018 registered with Karad Police Station on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/­ with one surety in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
