This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 14th January, 2020 passed in M.A.C.P No.2230 of 2014 by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Mumbai. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. He submits that the respondents-original claimants have filed execution proceedings against the applicant-insurer, therefore, stay to the impugned judgment and award be granted. He undertakes to deposit entire amount of compensation with accrued interest awarded by M.A.C.T within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. Shailaja S.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a).

If the applicant fails to deposit entire amount of compensation with accrued interest within four weeks from today, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
