The above Petition was argued at some length yesterday i.e. 7-32018. When after arguments the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners had sought time to seek instructions for withdrawal of the above Petition. The above Petition was accordingly kept today for the said purpose. Today the Learned Counsel Mr. Nikam on instructions of the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The above Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

If any application is filed by the Petitioners, needless to state that the concerned Court would try the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
