Mr.Bhat counsel for the respondent states that his client has no objection for carrying out the repairs as requested by the applicant/landlord. Mr.Bhat also states that in view of the work schedule of his client it would be better if the Advocate for the applicant inform him atleast 3 days in advance of the time when his client would be visiting the suit premises for carrying out necessary repairs. At this stage, the counsel for the applicant states that he would carry out the repairs on 20.2.2015 and the applicants' representatives will visit the suit premises at 10.00 A.M. Civil Application accordingly, disposed.
