Heard Mr.Marvadi, learned counsel for the applicant. Heard Mrs. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State. I have gone through the medical reports received from the J.J.Group of Hospitals, as also the reports submitted by the Chief Medical Officer attached to Mumbai Central Prison. In the course of hearing, Mr.Marvadi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would seek bail only for a limited period for the purpose of enabling the applicant to get himself medically treated properly in a private hospital. It does appear that the applicant is suffering from ailment though the seriousness thereof, is not clear.

Tilak 2/2 (4)BA-250-15 Considering that the prayer has been made for bail for a short duration, and that too, for enabling the applicant to take proper medical treatment, I am inclined to allow the application as follows :- The applicant is ordered to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety in like amount, temporarily, and only till 31st July 2015 on the following conditions :- (i) The applicant shall give to the Investigating Agency in writing, the name/s and address/es of the hospital/hospitals where he intends to have himself medically treated.

(ii) The applicant shall not depart from the local limits of Brihan Mumbai and District Thane, during this period.

(iii) The applicant shall not contact, meet or approach any of the prosecution witnesses, in any manner, whatsoever.

(iv) The applicant shall surrender himself before the Prison authorities on or before 31st July 2015. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms, and is disposed of.
