Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the respondent No.1-State.

The petition is filed seeking transfer of the investigation of C.R. No.I/30/2017 registered with Igatpuri Police Station. The learned APP, on instructions, states that the investigation in the subject crime is completed and the investigating agency would file chargesheet within a period of two weeks before the appropriate forum. Statement accepted.

In the light of the statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the reliefs claimed in the instant petition stands redressed and seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
