Ms. Tatake seeks permission to withdraw Civil Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 3.
In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms. Tatake, Civil Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that I have not examined merits of the case and the concerned Forum will decide the proceedings un-influenced by the pendency of the Civil Revision Application. Pendency of the Civil Revision Application will not preclude the concerned forum from proceeding with the matter. 4.
All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open. Order accordingly.
